Onderhavige opdracht heeft tot doel het vastleggen van een overeenkomst voor de levering van kunststof bakken met chip, adressticker, barcodesticker en sorteersticker voor de huis-aan-huisinzameling van groente-, fruit- en tuinafval (afgekort GFT) en restafval in het werkingsgebied van IVIO opgesplitst in twee percelen zoals hierna toegelicht. De opdracht omvat ook het vooronderzoek met communicatie naar de ongeveer 44.000 aansluitpunten, het bepalen van de precieze hoeveelheden, het leveren en aanbrengen van de chip, adresstickers, barcodestickers en sorteerstickers op de bakken en het plaatsen van de bakken dit alles overeenkomstig de voorwaarden en modaliteiten beschreven in het technisch deel van dit bestek.
