De opdracht omvat het drukken en leveren van drukwerkpublicaties voor Westtoer apb en Toerisme Leiestreek vzw. Het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst geeft de dienstverlener geen exclusiviteitsrecht om alle opdrachten, zoals deze die het voorwerp uitmaken van het bestek uit te voeren. De aanbestedende overheid kan gedurende de geldigheidsduur van deze raamovereenkomst, identiek of analoge opdrachten, laten uitvoeren door andere leveranciers. De leverancier kan uit dien hoofde geen aanspraak maken op enigerlei vergoeding.
