Bijzonder bestek voor onderhoud en beheer in Landschapspark Frijthout in de gemeente Hove in de provincie Antwerpen. De opdracht omvat het maaien van graslanden, ruigten, rietvegetaties, oevers en taluds, het snoeien en afzetten van houtkanten/struweel/bosranden/hagen, het afzetten van houtige opslag langs en in waterpartijen, het knotten van bomen, manueel onderhoud in en langs waterlopen en kruidruimen en exotenbestrijding in stilstaand water. De opdracht omvat zowel machinaal als manueel onderhoud, onderhoud met kettingzaag, bosmaaier of andere kleine werktuigen.
Bepaalde typen onderhoud dienen manueel te gebeuren omwille van de precisie waarmee het moet uitgevoerd worden of omwille van de kwetsbaarheid van het gebied. De dienstverlener moet voorafgaand de uitvoering van de diensten zich volledig informeren over de kwetsbaarheid van de gebieden en eventuele specifieke uitvoeringsmethoden bij de leidend ambtenaar. De opdracht wordt uitgevoerd op percelen die eigendom zijn van volgende partners: gemeente Hove en provincie Antwerpen.
In de bijgevoegde inventaris wordt een overzicht van de uit te voeren werken per partner gegeven. De facturering van de diensten dient per partner opgesteld te worden.
