Stad Waregem wenst de kerstverlichting in de centrumstraten van de stad en haar deelgemeentes te huren voor een periode van 3 jaar (eindejaarsperiodes 2025/2026, 2026/2027, 2027/2028) met mogelijkheid om die één maal stilzwijgend te verlengen met een jaar (eindejaarsperiode 2028/2029). Huidige opdracht omhelst het ontwikkelen van een concept dat gedurende drie tot vier eindejaarsperiodes in het straatbeeld aanwezig is, maar een dermate flexibiliteit biedt dat jaarlijks een ander accent kan worden gelegd. Het geheel dient er met andere woorden jaarlijks net iets anders uit te zien, maar moet wel trouw blijven aan het toegewezen concept.

In de opdracht is het jaarlijks aanbrengen en demonteren van de verlichting inbegrepen, alsook het onderhoud ervan en eventuele herstellingen (met interventiecontract incl. SLA-tijden). De opdracht is beperkt tot maximaal 145 000,00 euro excl. btw per jaar (all-in).
