De dienst Diversiteitsbeleid wenst beroep te doen op één of meerdere dienstverlener(s) van gespecialiseerde jobcoaching voor personen met een handicap en/of chronische ziekte bij entiteiten van de Vlaamse overheid (één opdrachtnemer per perceel, zie hierna), alsook groepscoaching/ sensibilisering. De jobcoaching moet doorlopend op vraag en op maat aangeboden worden naargelang de vraag en/of behoefte. Ze kan betrekking hebben op zowel de ondersteuning van het personeelslid met een handicap (of chronische ziekte) bij het aanvragen van een erkenningsbewijs, op ondersteuning tijdens de tewerkstelling (met aandacht voor de ondersteuning van de entiteit) alsook jobcoaching voor personen met een handicap (inclusief chronische ziekte) die solliciteren.
Daarnaast kan beroep gedaan worden op een dienstverlener in het kader van deze raamovereenkomst voor groepscoaching/sensibilisering voor de werkomgeving van personeelsleden met een handicap (of chronische ziekte).
