Le NCC-BE fait partie du Centre pour la Cybersécurité Belgique et présente régulièrement des propositions de projets relatifs aux programmes d’investissement européens. Ce marché public se concentre sur deux de ces propositions de projets. Le premier projet est actuellement en cours.
Le deuxième projet a fait l'objet d'une proposition et a été récemment approuvé. Le présent marché porte sur la réalisation d’études de marché approfondies dans le cadre de ces projets approuvés. L’adjudicataire sera donc chargé de l’exécution et de la production des livrables y afférent en collaboration avec le NCC-BE.
