Via huidige opdracht wenst de Aanbesteder over te gaan tot de aanstelling van een Engineering & Build & Maintain Ondernemer (hierna ‘Ondernemer’) voor:

het leveren van diensten, meer bepaald engineering van inrichting en (speciale) technieken (HVAC, elektriciteit, speciale gassen, sanitair, RWA, WFI, bepaalde inbouwtoestellen…) die door de Ondernemer ook vertaald worden in uitvoeringsplannen/uitvoeringsontwerp.
de realisatie/uitvoering van de inrichting en (speciale) technieken inclusief plancoördinatie, uitvoeringscoördinatie en werfcoördinatie
de eindvalidatie conform PICS-reglementering (die door een externe keuring zal bekrachtigd worden)
het onderhoud van een gedeelte van de technische installaties van de productieapotheek van de Aanbesteder.
