Het voorwerp van de opdracht is een SAAS oplossing voor optimale beheer van bestellingen / operationele aankopen enerzijds en activa (magazijnen, uitleningen, …) anderzijds. De functionele vereisten en te bereiken doelen alsook de demo zijn leidend bij de beoordeling van deze opdracht.

Na implementatie dient er een significante verlaging van tijd / verhoging van efficiëntie en focus op klantenservice te zijn. Tevens dient de totale oplossing te resulteren in een positief beheer van total cost of ownership en dient een vermindering van de ecologische voetafdruk waarneembaar te zijn.
