ondersteuning van het schoonmaakteam door het aanstellen van een externe firma voor de locaties GBS Het Kompas en GC Route, met tevens mogelijkheid tot bijstand op afroep (voor alle locaties in de gemeente). De opdracht loopt gedurende 12 maanden en kan maximaal 3 keer uitdrukkelijk verlengd worden voor een periode van telkens 1 jaar. De toewijzing van deze opdracht geeft aan de dienstverlener geen enkel exclusiviteitsrecht.
De aanbestedende overheid kan tijdens de geldigheidsduur van de opdracht, gelijkaardige prestaties laten uitvoeren door andere dienstverleners of door haar eigen diensten zonder enige schadevergoeding verschuldigd te zijn jegens de dienstverlener aangesteld in gevolge onderhavig bestek.
