Description
Raamovereenkomst voor preventief, curatief en projectmatig onderhoud van het stadhuis Antwerpen (bruto-oppervlakte 10.171m² - netto-oppervlakte 6.524m²). Het stadhuis is opgenomen op de lijst van UNESCO wereldcultuurerfgoed als onderdeel van de groepsinschrijving Belforten in België en Frankrijk. Het stadhuis werd gebouwd tussen 1561 en 1564, ontworpen door architect Cornelis Floris De Vriendt, overwegend in renaissancestijl.
Na de verwoesting in 1576, werd het reeds in 1580 grotendeels hersteld. Van 1853 tot 1898 werd het grondig gerestaureerd, zowel exterieur als interieur. Van 2018 tot 2022 werd een laatste grondige restauratie en ook aanpassing naar huidige ruimte energetische noden uitgevoerd.
De aanbestedende overheid beoogt met deze plaatsingsprocedure een raamovereenkomst met een looptijd van 4 jaar af te sluiten betreffende het – hierna nader toegelichte – onderhoud van stedelijk patrimonium. Het betreft meer bepaald het onderhoud van het volgende onroerend goed: Het Stadhuis, Grote Markt 1, 2000 Antwerpen.
