Ce marché sera attribué au maximum à 3 soumissionnaires sous la forme d’un accord-cadre pour le développement, la mise en œuvre, la maintenance et le support des applications logicielles. Basé sur le principe de la mini-compétition, les marchés subséquents seront mis en concurrence entre les adjudicataires de l’accord cadre. Les marchés subséquents reprendront une partie importante des activités “Application Development and Maintenance Services (ADMS)” de la SNCB.
L’accord-cadre aura une durée fixe de huit (8) ans.
