- l’aménagement d’un échangeur autoroutier donnant accès au site depuis la E25
- la construction d’un hôpital de 660 lits
- l’installation d’une station d’épuration (STEP) au sud-est du site
- la création, modification et suppression de voiries régionales et communales Les travaux décrits ci-dessus ne sont pas exhaustifs.
