Teneinde het personeel en de bezoekers van het Jessa Ziekenhuis in staat te stellen te betalen voor maaltijden, snacks en dranken, wenst het Jessa Ziekenhuis over te gaan tot de bestelling van betaalsystemen/kassa’s voor de verschillende campussen van het ziekenhuis. Op alle betaalsystemen dient het mogelijk te zijn te betalen via bancontact, QR code en de personeelsbadge. Het systeem moet toelaten om centraal de kassa’s te beheren (artikels, prijslijnen, bedragen, …), alsook in de nodige rapportage te voorzien, bestellingen te kunnen verwerken en de mogelijkheid voor de medewerker om het saldo op de personeelsbadge te verhogen en het verwerken van de betaling van aangekochte goederen naar het saldo op de personeelsbadge het beheer van het saldo op de personeelsbadges.
De data rond badgesaldo moet via API op te vragen alsook aan te sturen zijn.
