Description
Het betreft hier het leveren van ICT-diensten, waarbij deze de vorm kan aannemen van een intramurale detachering of een extramurale levering van ICT-personeel. Belangrijk is dat het gaat over taken waarbij het gezag over het personeel bij de inschrijver blijft die via het partnership mede verantwoordelijkheid opneemt in de uitvoering van de afgesproken diensten. Het betreft hier het Inhuren van profielen voor ICT ontwikkeling en configuratie.
Specifiek in de sectoren applicatieontwikkeling, BI en DWH, Adobe, Oracle, begeleiding en omkadering projecten en applicatiebeveiliging. De opdracht is een aanneming van diensten tegen prijslijst. De opdracht bestaat uit het ter beschikking stellen van ICT-personeel op afroep met als doel de versterking van de ICT afdeling van het bestuur.
De opdracht voorziet in het inhuren van ICT-profielen. De profielen zijn ingedeeld in percelen. Het is mogelijk in te schrijven per perceel.
Het opdrachtgevend bestuur heeft het recht één of meerdere percelen niet te gunnen en eventueel opnieuw te gunnen op dezelfde of op een andere wijze. Dit contract garandeert GEEN exclusiviteit in verband met. de levering van de vermelde diensten. De basislooptijd bedraagt 1 jaar.
Na basislooptijd jaarlijks verlengbaar tot een totale maximale looptijd van 4 jaar.
