Deelopdracht 2A "Hybride bestelwagens” Toelichting: Het gaat hier om de financiële renting van 2 hybride bestelwagens met een gemiddelde van 15000 km per jaar met optie tot bijbestelling aan éénheidsprijs. Het is de aanbieder toegestaan hierin de meest economisch gunstige bestelwagen (hybride of diesel) aan te bieden.
