Description
De onderhavige opdracht heeft tot voorwerp het leveren van operationele dienstverlening ten behoeve van de VRT met betrekking tot zogenaamde tailspend-aankopen met beperkte waarde. Onder deze niet-strategische aankopen wordt onder meer, doch niet limitatief, begrepen: klein IT-materiaal, audiovisueel materiaal, boeken, relatiegeschenken, bloemen, organisatie van evenementen, off-site activiteiten voor VRT-personeel en kleine marketingbenodigdheden. Het betreft aankopen die niet vallen onder bestaande (rechtstreekse) raamovereenkomsten vallen.
Behoudens gemotiveerde uitzonderingen bedraagt de waarde van de individuele aankopen maximaal -10.000 (excl. btw). In geen geval zal de waarde van een individuele aankoop -30.000 (excl. btw) overschrijden. De in deze opdracht gehanteerde financiële drempels zijn flexibel en kunnen tijdens de uitvoering worden aangepast indien de toepasselijke wetgeving inzake overheidsopdrachten wijzigt.
De opdrachtnemer aanvaardt dat VRT deze drempels eenzijdig kan aanpassen om conformiteit met de regelgeving te waarborgen.
