Description
Betreft een deel van erfgoedpremiedossier RDXI uit de meerjarenovereenkomst voor restauratie van de site transfo Zwevegem (2019-2023) waarbij de buitenschil van het oud transfogebouw wordt gerestaureerd. De restauratie voorziet daarnaast ook in een verbeterde toegankelijkheid door het voorzien van een nieuw trappenhuis met lift. Herinrichtingswerken maken de grote zaal op de eerste verdieping bruikbaar en verhuurbaar.
Op het gelijkvloers dienen vooreerst asbestverwijderingswerken te worden uitgevoerd. Door de werken wordt het oud transfogebouw klaargemaakt voor een duurzaam nieuwe gebruik. Door de nieuwe inkomhal wordt de machinezaal verder ontsloten.
