Deze opdracht omvat het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met een erkend archeoloog conform het onroerenderfgoeddecreet van 12 juli 2014 voor het uitvoeren van een of meerdere fasen van het archeologisch vooronderzoek in het kader van de geplande inrichtingswerken in projecten gelegen binnen het Vlaams Gewest De opdracht zal worden uitgevoerd in verschillende deelopdrachten op afroep (vermoedelijk jaarlijks circa 60 à 70-tal), gespreid over de gehele duur van de opdracht, waarvan de prijs berekend wordt op basis van de eenheidsprijzen die de inschrijver in de inventaris opgegeven heeft. In het kader van deze opdracht kunnen volgende deelopdrachten voorkomen:
