AVIS DE PRE INFORMATION Le Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps (« le Circuit ») étudie un partenariat public-privé (PPP) pour développer des hébergements touristiques et des espaces de réception. Le projet porte sur la rénovation et l’exploitation de deux bâtiments idéalement situés en bordure de piste :
- Hôtel de l’Eau Rouge : Rénovation en espace de réception et d’hébergement.
- Villa t’Stertevens : Rénovation en hébergement.
Le Circuit a pour objectif d’identifier un partenaire stratégique, financier et opérationnel pour gérer ces deux sites via une concession, avec la possibilité d’une participation minoritaire du Circuit.
