De Aanbestedende Overheid is op zoek naar een of meerdere hoofdaannemers die instaan voor de renovatie van een personeelsliftgroep en een logistieke liftgroep in het Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg op de campus Sint-Jan te Genk. Bijzonder gegeven is dat binnen elke liftgroep, steeds minimum één lift operationeel dient te blijven tijdens de renovatiewerken. Verder omvat de renovatie van de logistieke liftgroep ook asbestwerkzaamheden die inherent zijn aan de opdracht en onder de verantwoordelijkheid vallen van de respectievelijke hoofdaannemer.
De opdracht wordt onderverdeeld in 2 percelen. Het eerste perceel zijn de personeelsliften die geen asbestwerkzaamheden vereisen. Het tweede perceel omvat de logistieke liften die asbestwerkzaamheden vereisen.
Een inschrijver kan zich kandidaat stellen voor één perceel of beide percelen. De opdracht zal verder in detail omschreven worden in de tweede fase van de plaatsingsprocedure, zijnde de gunningsfase.
