Deze opdracht betreft het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met meerdere opdrachtnemers voor de levering, implementatie, ondersteuning en innovatie van patiëntmonitoringsystemen, zowel binnen zorginstellingen van de aanbestedende overheid als in het kader van telemonitoring bij patiënten thuis. De opdracht wordt gegund via een mededingingsprocedure met onderhandeling, met toepassing van mini-competities voor specifieke afroepopdrachten. De scope van de opdracht omvat onder meer:

Hardware en software Levering van patiëntmonitoringsystemen (bedraad en draadloos) Integratie met bestaande ziekenhuisinformatiesystemen (bv. EPD) Software voor dataverwerking, alarmbeheer, trendanalyse en rapportering Mobiele toepassingen voor telemonitoring
Onderhoud en ondersteuning Onderhoudscontracten (preventief en correctief) Software-updates en -upgrades Helpdesk en technische ondersteuning
Opleiding en begeleiding Opleidingen voor zorgprofessionals (gebruik, interpretatie, alarmbeheer) Opleidingen voor andere betrokken diensten binnen de zorginstelling (Bio technische dienst, ICT, enz...) Opleidingen voor patiënten bij telemonitoring Documentatie en e-learningmodules

Innovatie en evolutie De raamovereenkomst laat toe om nieuwe technologieën, inzichten en toepassingen op het vlak van patiëntmonitoring toe te voegen tijdens de looptijd van de overeenkomst, mits deze binnen het domein vallen.
