Description
Le présent marché vise des travaux de rénovation et de remise en conformité au sein des divers sites du Pouvoir Adjudicateur. Les travaux d’installations de Fluides Médicaux pourront être réalisés par l’adjudicataire seul, ou devront s’intégrer dans des travaux de plus grande ampleur en collaboration avec d’autres co-traitants (gros-œuvres, Electricité, HVAC, …). Ils pourront également s’intégrer à des travaux partiellement réalisés par le service technique du Pouvoir Adjudicateur.
La liste non exhaustive des travaux est la suivante :
- Placement de conduites de fluides de différents types
- Fourniture et placement de coffret d’isolement et de détente
- Fourniture et placement de manchons
- Fourniture et placement de prises de fluides de différents types
- … Les travaux seront effectués sur base de commandes subséquentes sur les différents sites hospitaliers.
Certains travaux devront être réalisés en-dehors des heures ouvrables ou durant la nuit, le week-end et les jours fériés. Des postes spécifiques sont prévus dans le métré.
