Perceel 1 betreft werkschoenen van o.m. de types O1 en OB. Perceel 2 betreft veiligheidsschoenen van o.m. de types S1P, S2 en S3, alsook inlegzolen. NB: Voor de verschillende categorieën zullen minimale vereisten worden gesteld in het bijzonder bestek, dat enkel aan de geselecteerde kandidaten zal worden bezorgd in de volgende fase van de gunningsprocedure.
Dit dossier houdt geen exclusiviteitsverbintenis in. Het UZ Gent behoudt zonder enige verplichting van verantwoording ten opzichte van de leverancier(s) het recht om producten die in het kader van dit dossier het voorwerp van een gunning hebben uitgemaakt, te bestellen bij een andere leverancier. De kandidaat wordt erop gewezen dat de in de opdrachtdocumenten vermelde vermoedelijke hoeveelheden slechts bij wijze van inlichtingen worden verstrekt.
Er is dus geen verbintenis vanwege UZ Gent voor de af te nemen hoeveelheden. Een lager omzetcijfer dan de totaalprijs van de inventaris op basis van de prognose geeft geen recht op enige schadevergoeding.
