Le présent marché porte sur la mise en conformité du réseau d’égouttage Sud au niveau du rejet R3. Les travaux envisagés pour lesquels les valeurs annoncées ci-dessous doivent encore être confirmées dans le cadre des études en cours sont repris dans la présente liste non exhaustive :

La construction de réseaux de temporisation enterrés (cfr annexe 16) : - BO rue des Fusillés : pertuis préfabriqués d’une section variant entre 3 et 7,5m² sur une longueur approximative de 750m ; - BO TWY Sud : composé de pertuis préfabriqués comprenant 7 sections de 3m² sur une longueur approximative de 200m
La démolition et l’évacuation de la balise D-VOR
La construction d’un bassin d’orages en plein air (cfr annexe 16), au droit de la balise D-VOR à démolir, ayant les dimensions approximatives suivantes : 70m x 45m x 7m
L’adaptation et/ou la réparation de réseaux d’égouttage existant
La démolition d’un réseau d’égouttage existant
La construction de nouveaux réseaux d’égouttage
La démolition et reconstruction de complexes de voirie
La création de réseaux multitubulaires. Le présent marché est divisé en plusieurs phases de travaux qui seront à réaliser de 2026 à 2028 tel que précisé aux points 1.2 et 1.5 du présent guide de sélection.
