InnovOcean gebouw te Oostende bestaande uit 7 bovengrondse verdiepingen en 1 ondergrondse verdieping. Het gebouw dient zowel als administratief centrum als als labo’s. Er is een BIM model aanwezig om oppervlaktes te kun-nen meten.
Het gebouw werd opgeleverd en in gebruik genomen in 2021. Wegens het gebruik van de labo’s is het belangrijk dat de gevraagde temperaturen in lokalen bereikt worden zodat dit geen negatieve invloed heeft op de uit te voeren testen.
