L'objet de ce marché est l'harmonisation des différents systèmes ERP des hôpitaux du groupement de l’Hôpital Universitaire de Bruxelles (H.U.B) : l’Hôpital Erasme, l’Institut Jules Bordet et l’Hôpital Universitaire des Enfants Reine Fabiola (HUDERF). Ce groupement d’hôpitaux académiques liés à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles compte près de 6.000 collaborateurs, dont près de 4.000 profils non-médicaux, avec 1.420 lits sur 3 sites hospitaliers situés à Anderlecht et à Laeken. Ce marché d'harmonisation comprend la fourniture, la gestion du projet d’implémentation (analyse, paramétrage, reprise des données, test, formation et assistance au go live) ainsi que le support et la maintenance d’un ERP : un seul système pour les trois hôpitaux qui devra être multisites, multi-agréments, et multilingue.
Plus précisément, l’objectif du logiciel est d’optimiser le fonctionnement des achats, de la logistique, de la comptabilité et du reporting grâce à une application intégrée et une modernisation des flux.
