Description
De realisatie van een batterijopslagsysteem van 6 MW elektrisch vermogen en modulair energieopslagvolume tot ±24 MWh inclusief 10-jarige onderhoudsperiode. Het opslagsysteem zal worden gerealiseerd op de Zweedse Kaai te Havengebied Zeebrugge en zal de werking van de cruiseterminal met walstroominstallatie ondersteunen en ook de energietransitie in bredere zin. Het energieopslagsysteem wordt ingekoppeld op de walstroominstallatie van de cruiseterminal.
De batterijen dienen aangesloten te worden op een 36 kV ELIA-aansluiting die samen met de walstroominstallatie wordt voorzien buiten de scope van deze opdracht. Het EMS (Energy Management System), dat instaat voor de aansturing van de batterij, valt onder een afzonderlijke opdracht. De opdrachtnemer is echter verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie met de EMS-leverancier en voor de integratie van het EMS met zowel de batterij als het volledige systeem.
Daarnaast dient de opdrachtnemer bepaalde hardware te installeren, zoals gespecificeerd in de relevante paragrafen, en dit steeds in overleg met de EMS-leverancier. De werfzone valt volledig binnen de werfzone van gelijktijdige werkzaamheden van het walstroomproject. Deze opdracht bestaat uit vaste en voorwaardelijke delen:
- Vast deel : Deelopdracht 1 – opmaak uitvoeringsdossier met goedkeuring van opdrachtgever
- Voorwaardelijk deel: Deelopdracht 2 – levering BESS
- Voorwaardelijk deel: Deelopdracht 3 - bouwkundig luik
- Voorwaardelijk deel: Deelopdracht 4 - elektrische werken
