Description
Het lokaal bestuur Overijse organiseert regelmatig uitstappen en activiteiten waarbij bussen ingezet dienen te worden om de deelnemers naar de plaats van bestemming en eventueel terug te brengen. Het betreft verschillende soorten vervoersopdrachten die variëren in afstand, tijdsduur en capaciteit. Deze opdracht is een raamovereenkomst in de zin van art. 2, 35° wet 17/6/2016, die wordt gesloten met meerdere deelnemers.
De aanbestedende overheid plaatst afroepen naargelang haar behoeften. De looptijd van onderhavige raamovereenkomst bedraagt voor elk perceel 12 maanden met de mogelijkheid om deze 3 keer stilzwijgend te verlengen met 12 maanden.
