Description
Binnen het ziekenhuis is er behoefte aan een uniforme en duurzame oplossing voor de nachttafels, zowel met als zonder koelkast. Deze opdracht wordt gegund als een raamovereenkomst bij 1 ondernemer met een looptijd van 5 jaar, met een mogelijke verlenging van 2 jaar. De levering zal plaatsvinden op twee campussen: Campus AZ Sint-Jan, Ruddershove 10, 8000 Brugge en Campus Sint Franciscus Xaverius (SFX), Spaanse Loskaai 1, 8000 Brugge Om de implementatie vlot te laten verlopen en de logistieke druk te spreiden, wordt een gefaseerde levering voorgesteld: Elke 3 maanden een levering van 40 nachttafels met koelkast en 30 zonder koelkast.
Dit proces wordt herhaald totdat het gewenste totaal aantal nachttafels is bereikt. Aanpassingen in het aantal kunnen gebeuren naargelang de noden van de verschillende afdelingen. Het contract zal ingaan op de eerste maand na de definitieve gunning.
Op basis van een inschatting van de procedure verwachten we dat de gunning omstreeks november - december 2025 zal plaatsvinden.
