Description
Het doel van de aanbesteding is het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor 1 jaar (3x verlengbaar met 1 jaar) met één opdrachtnemer voor het uitbesteden van SIEM/SOC diensten. Deze diensten sluiten aan op de microsoft security technologie van VLM en omvatten minstens de monitoring van en eerstelijnsondersteuning bij ICT cybersecurity incidenten (24/7). Hierbij wordt maandelijks gerapporteerd en worden aanbevelingen geformuleerd.
Naast de monitoring wordt ook verwacht dat de dienstverlener instaat voor een uitgebreidere incident response bij (significante) IT incidenten in samenwerking met het IT-team van VLM. De dienstverlening start op 1 januari 2026.
