Maatschappij Linkerscheldeoever wenst een GRUP te laten opmaken voor Logistiek Park Waasland fase Oost volgens het geïntegreerd planningsproces. LPW Oost bevindt zich tussen de Natiestraat en de Schoorstraat te Beveren. In het oosten grenst LPW Oost aan het gebied Haasop.

Naast LPW Oost fase 2-5, is er nog een andere zone (ca. 3 ha) in deze ruime omgeving waar ook een industriële invulling mogelijk zou zijn. Het betreft een zone die verder oostelijk is gelegen, tussen een spoorwegbundel en de Hazopweg-Steenlandlaan. De oppervlakte van de nog te ontwikkelen terreinen bedraagt 41 ha netto (62 ha bruto) voor LPW Oost fase 2-5 en ca. 3,25 ha bruto voor Hazopweg.

De opdracht bestaat uit: Studiewerk GRUP:

  • voorbereidende fase met evaluatie bestaand studiewerk en bijkomend studiewerk
  • startfase met kennisgeving
  • scopingsfase
  • voorontwerp GRUP
  • ontwerp GRUP
  • GRUP. & uitvoering:
  • technische studie
  • opmaak omgevingsvergunning
  • opmaak opdrachtdocumenten en verslag van nazicht
  • aanbesteding werken. en hiermee verwante opdrachten. De aanbestedende overheid behoudt zich het recht voor om deze opdracht uit te breiden naar opdrachten die gelinkt zijn aan deze opdracht om zodoende een vlotte afwikkeling te bewerkstelligen.
