De opdracht is opgedeeld in volgende percelen:
- Perceel 1: De opdrachtnemer staat in voor de productiecoördinatie, de opmaak en eindredactie van het patiëntentijdschrift Gezond Thuis. De opdracht omvat deze taken voor maximaal 4 nummers per kalenderjaar.
- Perceel 2: De opdrachtnemer staat in voor de reclamewerving van het patiëntentijdschrift Gezond Thuis. De opdracht betreft maximaal 4 nummers per kalenderjaar.
- Perceel 3: De opdrachtnemer staat in voor het drukken en optioneel verzenden van het patiëntentijdschrift Gezond Thuis.
De opdracht betreft maximaal 4 nummers per kalenderjaar. Elke editie van het tijdschrift Gezond Thuis heeft naast de globale rubrieken een katern met informatie afkomstig uit de desbetreffende Wit-Gele Kruis provincie. Er worden telkens 5 regionale katernen uitgegeven.
De overeenkomst loopt voor een periode van drie (3) jaar. De opdracht kan twee (2) keer verlengd worden met één (1) jaar. De eerste uitgave betreft het septembernummer 2026.
