Ce marché a pour but de conclure un accord-cadre visant à garantir la pérennité de l’outil de monitoring Orion de SolarWinds. Cet outil est utilisé par l’équipe Telecom et l’équipe de supervision Incident management de la STIB depuis 2017 pour surveiller le bon fonctionnement et les performances de l’ensemble de son environnement réseau informatique bureautique et industriel, tous matériels confondus. Le marché inclut la maintenance de l’existant, l’acquisition de nouveaux modules logiciels ou l’activation de logiciels par souscription et la prestation de services de consultance par des ingénieurs experts SolarWinds.

Ces prestations sont exercées à distance, ou, à la demande de la STIB et de façon planifiée, directement dans les locaux de cette dernière à Bruxelles. Les modalités précises seront détaillées dans le CSC.
