Brugge Plus VZW Stad Brugge treedt voor deze opdracht op als aankoopcentrale, waarbij bovenstaande entiteiten worden aanzien als afnemers, zie opdrachtdocumenten. Per deelnemende entiteit wordt er een aparte polis opgesteld. Toelichting met betrekking tot de hospitalisatieverzekering:
De aansluiting voor het individueel lidmaatschap is vrijwillig.
De hospitalisatieverzekering wordt voorzien voor: - Alle personeelsleden van Stad Brugge en hun gezinsleden - Gepensioneerd personeel en de partner van het gepensioneerd personeelslid
Deze verzekering verzekert de kosten van een hospitalisatie, de pré- en posthospitalisatiekosten en de kosten van een limitatieve lijst ernstige ziekten (dit zonder de noodzaak van een hospitalisatie).
De dekking hospitalisatie dient 2 formules aan te bieden: - Een uitgebreide formule waarbij dekking wordt voorzien in een éénpersoonskamer met een franchise indien deze kamer omwille van persoonlijke reden is gekozen. - Een basisformule waarbij de dekking voorzien wordt zonder franchise vanaf de opname in een tweepersoonskamer. De nevenverzekerden moeten dezelfde formule kiezen. Een meer uitgebreide beschrijving is opgenomen in het hoofdstuk 4 technische voorschriften.
