Bij diverse evenementen op deze site wenst het Mobiliteitsbedrijf een beroep te doen op een externe firma voor toezicht en controle of bezoekers voldoen aan de betaalvoorwaarden, parkeerbegeleiding om de parking zo efficiënt mogelijk te vullen en toezicht op orde en netheid van de toegewezen parking of terrein. Het bewaken van de parkings maakt geen deel uit van deze opdracht.
In het bestek wordt voor de parkeerbegeleiding uitgegaan van vermoedelijke hoeveelheden. Deze opdracht omvat één perceel. De opdracht heeft een looptijd van 4 jaar.
