Le marché a pour objet la conclusion d’un accord-cadre avec un seul opérateur pour des travaux de renouvellement, réparation et entretien du revêtement routier dans la zone des voies de tramways des lignes de tramways de la STIB dans la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale et quelques communes adjacentes. La plus grande partie des travaux consiste en des petites réparations dans la zone des voies de tramways. Il faut tenir compte du fait que tant la circulation des tramways que la circulation routière normale perturberont les travaux et influenceront le rendement de façon négative.
Le présent accord-cadre prévoit plusieurs travaux (marchés partiels) par an dont le lieu, l’ampleur, la période d’exécution et le délai sont déterminés au moment de chaque commande distincte. Les périodes d’exécution peuvent, à cause de l’exploitation tram et/ou la mobilité, être définies pendant le congé légal ou les périodes de récupération. Nous attirons l’attention de l’entrepreneur qu’il doit être capable à chaque moment (24h/24 et 7j/7) de mettre à disposition du personnel et du matériel suffisants pour l’exécution d’un marché urgent.
