Deze opdracht is een raamovereenkomst in de zin van artikel 2, 35° van de Wet inzake Overheidsopdrachten van 17 juni 2016. De opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst voor het ter beschikking stellen van elektrische deelwagens met bijhorende dienstverlening (zie artikelen 3.3.2 en 3.3.3 van dit bestek) binnen de regio Rivierenland, omvattende het grondgebied van de gemeenten Berlaar, Bonheiden, Bornem, Duffel, Heist-op-den-Berg, Lier, Mechelen, Nijlen, Putte, Puurs-Sint-Amands, Sint-Katelijne-Waver en Willebroek.
