- Verbouwen van het bestaande LCI kantoorgebouw voor de integratie van verschillende diensten: verwijderen van sanitair en kleedruimte en ombouwen tot bureau-ruimtes
- Bouwen van een nieuwbouw sociaal- en sanitair gebouw: het bouwen van een gebouw met refter, kleedruimte en sanitair
- Aanleg van de buitenomgeving in verschillende fazen ifv de opbouw van de nieuwe gebouwen en de aanpassing van het bestaande. Voorwaardelijk gedeelte:
- Bouwen van een nieuwbouw tractieonderstation voor de elektrische voeding van de spoorinfrastructuur naast de sporen
- Na indienstname van het nieuwe tractieonderstation zal het oude moeten afgebroken worden
