Het doel van deze opdracht is om een DPO (Data Protection Officer) Flexible Staffing-dienst af te nemen om te zorgen voor naleving van de AVG en andere relevante gegevensbeschermingswetten. Vanaf 25 mei 2018 is de vernieuwde ‘Algemene verordening Gegevensbescherming’ (AVG) of de ‘General Data Protection Regulation’ (GDPR) van kracht. In uitvoering van deze verordering moeten alle entiteiten van de Vlaamse overheid die structureel persoonsgegevens verwerken - een ‘Data Protection Officer’ of ‘functionaris voor gegevensbescherming’ aanstellen.

Agentschap Natuur en Bos kiest voor een DPO Flexible Staffing-oplossing voor de uitvoering hiervan. Hiermee wordt bedoeld: een vaste, genaamde DPO – met eventueel een vervanger in functie van verlof en andere afwezigheden.
