Préambule Le Grand Hôpital De Charleroi a lancé un premier marché par procédure ouverte avec publication européenne portant sur « La fourniture en location, l’entretien et la maintenance des moyens de lutte contre l’incendie ». L’attribution du marché a été notifiée à la firme « S » déclarée en faillite en décembre 2024. Les extincteurs exigés au cahier des charges ayant été placés, le Grand Hôpital De Charleroi a fait le choix d’acheter ces extincteurs dans le cadre de la procédure de liquidation de l’entreprise adjudicatrice, et d’en confier la maintenance à un nouveau prestataire.
Le présent marché a donc pour objet la maintenance de ces extincteurs, dont le Grand Hôpital De Charleroi est aujourd’hui propriétaire. Objet du marché : Le marché porte :
- Sur l’entretien et la maintenance annuelle des moyens de lutte contre l’incendie : dévidoirs, hydrants et extincteurs (maintenance préventive et corrective)
- La fourniture et le placement éventuel d’extincteurs et accessoires suite à la 1ère maintenance du soumissionnaire, ainsi que tout extincteur complémentaire exigé
- La réalisation d’un dossier as-built complet.
