Onderhavige opdracht heeft betrekking op het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor de aankoop, verlenging en het beheer van Atlassian-softwarelicenties voor VRT. Binnen VRT operaties vormt Atlassian-software een centraal en strategisch platform voor samenwerking, projectopvolging, documentatie, codebeheer en servicedeskprocessen. De suite omvat onder meer Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Management en diverse gespecialiseerde apps.
Vandaag maken meer dan 900 medewerkers gebruik van één of meerdere toepassingen binnen deze omgeving, waarbij een verdere structurele groei wordt verwacht in zowel het aantal gebruikers als het aantal ingezette toepassingen. Met het oog op het waarborgen van de continuïteit, performantie en verdere ontwikkeling van dit platform, wenst VRT een raamovereenkomst in de markt te zetten met een erkende integrator voor de levering en het beheer van de vereiste Atlassian-licenties. Deze overeenkomst moet VRT toelaten om op flexibele en efficiënte wijze in te spelen op evoluerende behoeften binnen de organisatie.
