Les administrations communales bénéficiaires de cet accord-cadre sont : - Aubange - Chiny - Etalle - Florenville - Habay - Meix-devant-Virton - Musson - Rouvroy - Saint-Léger - Tintigny - Virton Cette stratégie immobilière implique pour chaque commune les étapes suivantes :
- Achat de compteurs et monitoring des consommations et de la qualité de l’air
- Remplir une « fiche synthèse bâtiment » par bâtiment
- Réalisation d’audits énergétiques
- Réalisation d’études de préfaisabilité pour des systèmes SER
- Formulation des besoins actuels et futurs
- Priorisation des bâtiments à rénover
- Stratégie d’investissement
- Etablissement d’un plan d’action
- Evaluation des besoins en ressources humaines pour la mise en œuvre du plan d’action.
