Door middel van deze opdracht wenst de Aanbestedende Overheid een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten voor zichzelf en het OLV ziekenhuis Waregem voor de huur en onderhoud van plat linnen en beroepskledij. Meer in het bijzonder heeft de opdracht voor wat betreft Maria Middelares betrekking op:

  • Huur en onderhoud plat linnen; en
  • Huur en onderhoud beroepskledij. Voor OLV ziekenhuis Waregem heeft de opdracht betrekking op:
  • Huur en onderhoud plat linnen; en
  • Onderhoud (reeds aangekochte) beroepskledij. De opdracht omvat tevens het aanleveren, ophalen, verdelen, verpakken, herstellen, wassen, strijken, … van alle linnen en beroepskledij ten behoeve van de goede dagelijkse werking van de ziekenhuizen gedurende een periode van:
  • Voor Maria Middelares: 48 maanden met de mogelijkheid om de raamovereenkomst éénmaal stilzwijgend te verlengen met 4 jaar.
  • Voor OLV ziekenhuis Waregem: 38 maanden met de mogelijkheid om de raamovereenkomst tweemaal stilzwijgend te verlengen met 2 jaar te verlengen.

De looptijd van de raamovereenkomst overschrijdt de limiet van 48 maanden. Deze overschrijding is gerechtvaardigd om de continuïteit van de dienstverlening van de ziekenhuizen te allen tijde te kunnen garanderen. De overgangsfase tussen 2 opdrachten is immers vrij complex en brengt het risico met zich mee dat de levering van linnen en beroepskledij wordt verstoord, wat een negatieve impact zou hebben op de werking van het ziekenhuis en op de kwaliteit en de patiëntenzorg.

De raamovereenkomst zal worden gesloten met één opdrachtnemer voor de beide percelen.
