Le but du marché est de conclure un nouvel accord-cadre pour l’acquisition, l’intégration, la maintenance et éventuellement l’exploitation d’une plateforme de type Data & Analytics, ainsi que la configuration initiale de la plateforme, la reprise des flux existants d’intégration applicative déployés sur la plateforme SAS 9.4, SAS 3.5 et Exadata et la migration de datanodes, rapports, dashboards, datamarts, produits data, produits analytics et d’algorithmes Data Science/Machine Learning ainsi que la reprise et le développement de règles de qualité de données et son catalogue/glossaire. Le nombre envisagé d’Opérateurs Économiques est 1 mais Sibelga se réserve le droit de contractualiser les licences en direct avec le fournisseur de la plateforme retenue. Dans ce cas l’opérateur retenu devra néanmoins en assurer la pleine maîtrise technique, le support, l’intégration continue, et fournir les garanties de performance et de sécurité afférentes.
