Description
Het doel van de aanbesteding is de vervanging van het bestaande CT-toestel Siemens Somatom Emotion 6 door een nieuw CT-toestel. Het huidige CT-toestel is End-of-life en dient vervangen te worden in lokaal T2K200. Volledig ontmantelen en afvoeren van het aanwezig CT-toestel met officieel overnamedocument is een must.
Bij plaatsing van het nieuwe CT-toestel dient rekening gehouden te worden met eventuele aanpassingen van de ruimte, zodat deze conform is aan de huidige regelgeving. Deze eventuele aanpassing is ook een onderdeel van de opdracht voor de kandidaat. Het bestuur wenst voor deze opdracht een overeenkomst te sluiten met één opdrachtnemer.
Aandacht Het voorwerp van deze opdracht omvat tevens afbraakwerken en voorbereidende werken voor de installatie van het CT-toestel. Om deze afbraakwerken en voorbereidende werken goed te kunnen inschatten, voorziet het bestuur een verplicht plaatsbezoek.
