Provincie Limburg wenst een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten voor het leveren van Microsoft licenties voor gebruik in onze tenant “belgischlimburg.onmicrosoft.com”. Op 1 oktober 2025 vervalt de Enterprise Subscription 6 Agreement met Microsoft, waarbinnen deze licenties konden worden aangekocht. Met deze nieuwe overeenkomst beogen we een nieuw contract waarbinnen we onze Microsoft softwarelicenties in relatief grote volumes en over een langere periode aan een vastgeklikte prijs kunnen afnemen.
Het afsluiten van de benodigde achterliggende overeenkomst (Enterprise Agreement) met Microsoft maakt inherent deel uit van deze opdracht.
