Het doel van deze plaatsingsprocedure is het aanstellen van één raamcontractant ter ondersteuning van bouwkostenmanagement bij nieuwbouw, renovatie en/of restauratieprojecten binnen de stad Antwerpen. Hierbij wordt gedacht aan onder andere: Onderstaande beschrijving is evenwel niet-limitatief. Het bepalen van een bouwbudget op basis van een programma van eisen, volumestudie en/of algemene beleidsvraag Het nazicht van ramingen in schetsontwerp, voorontwerp of aanbestedingsdossier Het opmaken van tegenramingen in alle ontwerpfases Het adviseren over optimalisaties, besparingen en alternatieven Het nazicht / benchmarken van een verrekeningsvoorstel van de aannemer Het bepalen van taakstellende (deel)budgetten Het uitvoeren van nacalculaties6 / 22 Algemene vragen met betrekking tot bouwkostenmanagement, conjunctuur, standaarden, normeringen, etc
