De opdracht omvat het ontwerpen van een masterplan van de nieuwbouw van de gemeentelijke basisschool De Eenhoorn te Kruibeke, alsook de bouw van een sporthal voor ruimer gebruik. Er wordt maximaal ingezet op het creëren van een logische samenhang en circulatie tussen de verschillende gebouwdelen (kleuterschool – lager onderwijs – sporthal), dit alles rekening vanuit energetisch standpunt en rekening houdend met duurzame principes. De nieuwbouw dient op een slimme manier volledig op maat gecreëerd te worden voor de gebruikers die er hun intrek zullen nemen.
