Zorgpunt Waasland wenst een dienstverlener aan te stellen die zal instaan voor het verwerken, drukken, verpakken (envelopperen) en verzenden van uitgaande fysieke en digitale post. Momenteel verloopt dit proces grotendeels nog manueel: brieven, facturen worden nog gedrukt, verpakt en verzonden door de eigen diensten. Dit werkproces dient geoptimaliseerd te worden en evolueert bij voorkeur naar een zo volledig mogelijk, gebruiksvriendelijk digitaal proces.
De fysieke uitgaande post (briefwisseling, uitsturen van facturen ed. ) dient overgenomen te worden door de dienstverlener. Daarom is Zorgpunt Waasland op zoek naar een partner die instaat voor de volledige ontzorging van dit proces en meedenkt om de uitgaande post op termijn te kunnen blijven optimaliseren. Resterende uitgaande post die niet via de digitale weg kan verstuurd worden, wordt in een perceel apart opgenomen.
Deze post dient opgehaald en verzonden te worden.
