De opdracht heeft tot voorwerp het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor het uitvoeren van onderhoudswerken en groenbeheer van de terreinen gelegen op diverse locaties op het grondgebied van De Watergroep. Er zal een raamovereenkomst afgesloten worden met 1 deelnemer per perceel. De voorwaarden van de opdrachten gebaseerd op de raamovereenkomst worden volledig in het bestek vastgelegd, met uitzondering van de af te nemen hoeveelheden.
Het gaat om het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor 1 jaar. Behoudens opzegging vanwege De Watergroep wordt deze raamovereenkomst stilzwijgend verlengd met een periode van 1 jaar. De raamovereenkomst kan maximaal 7 keer verlengd worden (1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1).
